For creating Backup of your website files, you need to login to your cpanel. Once you logged in click on the Backup wizard, there you can backup your cpanel. once it finishes creating the backup file, go back to the Backup wizard & it will show it there. If you want to download it, just click on the file & the download will start. Once you download it, you can save it on your computer.
